The real meaning behind it 

The definition of the word "Vibe" is

a person's emotional state or the atmosphere of a place as communicated to and felt by others.

when your in these "talking" stages with a person vibing is really enjoying ones company interacting and going with the flow of things. nothing is forced, rushed, or over stepped. it's an understanding that two people can really just have a bond and have genuine fun and create and form a real connection mentally and emotionally. if it does become physical as well now that is on you but a vibe is not a physical thing . 

So boys while hitting these females with the whole "lets just vibe" talk 'I'm not ready for a relationship you are NOT implying lets have sex without a title you are telling that person that you do want to form a mental and emotionally stated relationship with her. 

Ladies, if you are confused when a boy brings up the word vibe to you please do ask him what he means. A boy will trick you into thinking he wants something deeper than a physical connection with you . If he's not looking forward to actually being in a relationship with you let that boy go . he's not here for anything but the sex and unless that is what you both want and agreed on do not fall for it . 

emotions do come with sex believe it or not . a lot of "situationships" are formed off of the miscommunication of the word "vibe"
