Both: i have a confession to make

Part 1: you ever feel like your hearts being held captive? 

Part 2: yeah... that’s what it’s like being with the damaged

 

Part 1: why does it hurt so bad... it feels like i can’t breathe

Part 2: sometimes people stop loving you. And that’s the kind of darkness that never gets fixed

Part 1: not even if i love them enough for the both of us? 

Part2: Nope. That’s why I really don’t think I could love again or even begin to try. I don’t ever want to love someone that much for it to not work out and I’m left wondering why ... 

Part 1: What if they show you they love you? Wat if they’ve loved you all along but I never loved them??

Part 2: I’ve been in love with someone that didn’t love me back, and I’ve been loved by someone that I didn’t love back. And I don’t know which is worse: to be broken or to break another soul.

Part 1: So you think it’s better to give up n not try?

Me: I think it’s better to give your heart a break than live a lie 

Part 2: what if I said I loved you? Would u give me the chance or not let me

Part1: i don’t know ... because It’s winter everywhere except here in my soul when I’m beside you

Part2:  Thats how I feel when I’m beside you,

When I’m beside you time slows down,

When I’m beside you everything just gets easier.

 

Part1: But love was always something heavy for me. Something I had to carry.

part2: My own heart messes with me 

Because although I love you too I hate the thought of love and now I just know what to do

Part1: Why hate it and not embrace it 

Me: It isn't what he did that hurts, it's the trust he destroyed that kills. 

And I guess now that’s what your left to deal with 

The damaged... 

Part2: then let me be the one to rebuild it 

I could build it higher than it was before

Me: but a damaged person can’t help another damaged person 

Part1: We could both build it up

Isn’t tht the whole point of loving someone 

To become better

Part2 : But who said your the only one I love ? 

Part 1: Who said I wouldn’t win u over?

Part2: Why are you so confident in yourself ? 

Didn’t she break you ? Like he broke me ? 

Part1:Because I’m confident in you 

They might’ve broken us but we can fix each other

 

Part 2: So let’s build then ... because you give me something to believe in
